Refund & Return Policy
At HBU Store, we aim to keep policies fair and safe for both buyers and sellers.
Please read the return rules carefully before placing an order.
Policy applies mainly to Electronics & Gadgets.
1) Return Eligibility (General Rules)
- Return request must be submitted within the allowed time window (7 or 14 days as applicable).
- Item must be in the same condition as delivered (not physically damaged by the customer).
- Original box/packaging, accessories, manuals, and freebies must be included (if any).
- Order invoice / order details must be provided.
2) Electronics Return Policy (7 Days)
Electronics & gadgets (e.g., earbuds, headphones, mobile accessories, chargers, smart items) are eligible for return
within 7 days only in the following cases:
- Manufacturing Fault / Dead on Arrival
- Wrong Item Delivered (different model, color, or product)
- Damaged in Transit (must be reported with evidence)
or “ordered by mistake” reasons, because electronic items can be misused and cannot always be resold as new.
3) 14 Days Return Policy (Eligible Categories)
Some non-electronic categories (like fashion items) may be eligible for 14 days return, only if:
- Item is unused, unwashed, and not altered.
- Tags (if any) are intact and packaging is original.
- Return reason falls under eligible reasons mentioned in this policy.
4) When Returns/Refunds Are NOT Accepted (Electronics)
- Physical damage after delivery (drops, water damage, burn, broken, etc.).
- Used/activated items where hygiene or usage is involved (e.g., earbuds) unless DOA/fault confirmed.
- Missing box, accessories, or freebies.
- Damage due to wrong charging, wrong voltage, or misuse.
- Color difference due to screen display settings (not considered a defect).
- Return request after the allowed window (7 or 14 days).
5) Return Process (Step-by-Step)

- Our support team will review and confirm eligibility (usually within 24–48 hours).
- If approved, we will guide you for return shipment or pickup (as per case).
- After receiving and checking the product, we will process replacement/refund.
6) Replacement vs Refund (What We Offer)
- Replacement is preferred if the same item is available.
- If replacement is not available, we offer a refund or store credit (as agreed).
- Refunds are processed after product inspection and approval.
7) Shipping & Return Charges
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item/damaged/fault confirmed), we cover return shipping (where applicable).
- If return is requested for non-defect reasons (eligible categories only), shipping charges may apply.
8) Parcel Opening (Important Note)
For selected products, we offer Parcel Open Before Payment. Customers are advised to check the parcel
during delivery when the option is available. If an issue exists, report it immediately with proof to speed up resolution.
